Overview

To maintain fairness and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation terms apply to all mobile notary, loan signing, and verification appointments.

Standard Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

Late Cancellation Fee

A $35 cancellation fee applies when:

> Cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment

> The client does not appear (no-show)

> The client is more than 15 minutes late, resulting in cancellation.

Rescheduling

> Rescheduling is free when done 24+ hours in advance

> Late cancellation fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled

Exceptions

Exceptions may be granted only in documented emergency situations and are approved at the discretion of Sandra's Signature Solutions, Inc.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
