 1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and offerings provided Sandra's Signature Solutions, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our," or "us").  By accessing our website or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Sandra's Signature Solutions, Inc. provides:

• Mobile notary services

• Loan signing services

• Document witnessing

• General notarial  acts permitted under Tennessee law

• Optional coordination with title companies, lenders, or attorneys

We do not provide legal advice, legal document preparation, or representation.  All services are performed strictly within the scope of Tennessee notary law.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information 

• Present valid, unexpired government-issued identification

• Ensure all documents are complete (no blanks) before notarization

• Confirm that all signers are present, willing, and aware

• Comply with Tennessee notary requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

4. Scheduling, Fees, and Payments

A. Appointment Scheduling

Appointment may be scheduled through our website, phone or by email.

B. Fees

Service fees are disclosed prior to booking. Additional charges may apply for:

• Travel outside standard service areas

• After-hours appointments

•  Additional signers

• Additional notarizations

• Wait beyond the first hour (billed in 30-minute increments)

• Specialty services

C. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.  Certain services may require prepayment.

We accept major payment methods and may offer optional installment options for larger services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. If the notary arrives and the appointment cannot be completed due to incomplete documents, invalid ID, or signer unavailability, a travel and cancellation fee may apply.

6. No Legal Advice

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.  Nothing on our website or in our communications should be interpreted as legal guidance.  Clients are responsible for legal questions or document preparation.

7. Information Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information consistent with Tennessee notary law and industry standards.  Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website

• Copy or reproduce website for unlawful purposes

We may update or modify website content at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for damages arising from your misuse of documents, failure to follow legal requirements, or actions taken after notarization.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Notaries are not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of documents presented for notarizations.

10.  Refusal of Service

We may refuse service if:

• Identification in invalid

• A signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unaware

• Documents are incomplete

• The request violates Tennessee notary law

• Safety concerns arise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.  The "Effective Date" will reflect the latest version.  Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
